Studio Policy 2021-2022

I ask all my students to follow this studio policy after their second month of piano lessons. Please read carefully and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

1. Lessons are in 30 and 45 minute time slots. Please arrive at least five minutes prior to your designated lesson time so we may begin promptly. For students who take lessons at home, be ready to start the lessons at the start time.

2. Students must attend weekly lessons. Please understand that the tuition you pay reserves an exclusive weekly time in my schedule for your child.

3. Tuition is due on the first lesson of every month. Payment may be made in person by cash, check, or quick chase pay.

4. Students are encouraged to attend any activities/concerts.

​

5. Cancellation policy: a make up lesson is guaranteed if I miss a lesson for any reason. However, no make up lessons will be provided for students who miss lessons with less than 24-hours notice. Lesson Fees will be charged and no refund will be given for missed lessons. To help accommodate an occasional unavoidable change in student's schedules, I have time reserved for make up lessons: Tuesdays 6-8pm and Saturdays 5-7pm. This lesson will be held at my piano studio.
